Supporting Long-term Careers

Since our early days, we have valued employee satisfaction and well-being. From empowering employees to succeed and giving them opportunities to be creative, it is important for us to foster a work environment that makes employees excited to come to work each day. One way that we do this is by supporting employees’ long-term careers. We have employees around the world who have been with Radiall for 10, 20 and even 35 years.

Maureen Novicki is one of those long-time employees. Starting in 1985 as a receptionist, she is now the Stock and Logistics Supervisor at Radiall Connecticut. Over the years, she has held several titles and worked in roles that supported sales. She eventually moved to logistics work, including inventory control at Radiall Connecticut. 

Maureen shared how Radiall has supported her own career development in the past 35 years. “I’ve been able to take advantage of many training courses offered, which helped me grow. I was also able to be part of the core team when we learned the Movex software. We spent a lot of time training and testing before we went live with SAP as a key user.” In addition to providing opportunities for Maureen to attend training programs, Radiall also allowed her the time and space to learn new skills on the job. As her roles transitioned and her career moved forward, Radiall supported her growth.
