Analizbeth joined Radiall Obregón ten years ago as a planner in the subassembly area for the Multipin BU. Learn about what Analizbeth does at Radiall now.

Q.Can you tell us more about your current role?

A.Today I'm the UAP Manager for Final Assembly in the Multipin BU at Radiall Obregón.

Q.What do you like most about your work?

A.I like the interaction with people of different ages and cultures; it gives me the opportunity to keep learning and growing with all of them. I love seeing the new generations with all of their energy, supporting Radiall's values and vision and improving every day so that we can provide the best service and make our customers happy.

Q.What is a typical day like for you at Radiall?

A.My day starts with a couple of meetings to recap yesterday's results; then I get to check in with my team, check the performance indicators of the previous day and review if there's anything that needs to improve for the next day. Afterwards, I work on current projects and check with the team to make sure tasks are on track or if there's anything they need to move forward. From time to time I get to work with external teams, such as customers (Sales) or suppliers (Sourcing), but one thing I know for sure is that there's not a single boring day at Radiall. There are always opportunities to participate in a problem solving situation or sugest a new practice for improvement. We're continuously moving forward.

Q.What's the best advice you have for people wanting to pursue a career in your field?

A.Always set a goal and keep moving towards it. Take advantage of the opportunities to participate in different areas and projects; they will give you the chance to keep learning from your company and the people you work with. New opportunities provide you with experience that will be beneficial in future challenges.

Q.What’s been one of the proudest moments in your career?

A.Every step I've made has made me proud, since I've been able to accomplish different goals and solve challenges. Being the first woman to become a UAP manager at Radiall Obregón has shown others that success doesn't depend on gender; it is hard work and determination that will lead you to become what you want to be in life. Of course, I've also been blessed to be surrounded by a great leader and team that push me to keep working, growing and striving to be better every day.
