Timbercon manufactures a complete line of electrical loopback solutions supporting SFP (Small Form Factor Pluggable), SFP+, QSFP+ and QSFP28 transceiver form factors. Timbercon loopback products support Gigabit Ethernet (2.25Gbps, 4Gbps, 10Gbps, 40Gbps and 100Gbps), Fibre Channel (4Gbps, 8Gbps, 16Gbps), and Infiniband (2.5Gbps, 5Gbps, 10Gbps, 14Gbps) protocols.

EZ Electrical Loopback Handles

The Timbercon EZ2 and EZ3 electrical loopback array handles hold Timbercon QSFP+ and QSFP28 loopback modules used for testing and qualifying high speed optical transport and routing platforms. Inserting and extracting large numbers of these modules in high port count elements is a time-consuming and arduous task for engineers and technicians.

QSFP28 Electrical Loopbacks

The Timbercon EL-13-08002 QSFP28 passive electrical loopback is used for testing QSFP28 transceiver ports in board level test. By substituting for a full-featured QSFP28 transceiver, the electrical loopback provides a cost effective low loss method for QSFP28 port testing.

QSFP+ Electrical Loopbacks

The Timbercon EL-12-07002 QSFP/QSFP+ passive electrical loopback is used for testing QSFP/QSFP+ transceiver ports in board level test. By substituting for a full-featured QSFP/QSFP+ transceiver, the electrical loopback provides a cost effective low loss method for QSFP/QSFP+ port testing.

SFP28 Electrical Loopbacks

SFP electrical loopbacks provide a method for port operations testing in board, hub, system, and other applications. The SFP 28 electrical loopback supports Fibre Channel, Gigabit Ethernet, and Infiniband protocols, and is capable of achieving up to 100 Gbps data transfer rate.

SFP+ Electrical Loopbacks

The Timbercon EL-11-07001 SFP+ electrical loopback is used for testing SFP+ transceiver ports in host/system boards. By substituting a full-featured SFP+ transceiver, the electrical loopback provides a cost effective method for SFP+ port testing.

SFP Electrical Loopbacks

SFP Electrical Loopbacks from Timbercon provide means for port operations testing in hub, board, system, and other applications. The SFP Loopback supports Fiber Channel, Gigabit Ethernet, and Infiniband protocols, and is capable of achieving up to 2.5Gbps data transfer rate.
