About The Event

Transportation

Transportation to and from the airport will not be provided by the hotel. The hotel can be easily accessed by Uber or Lyft. Most events are located within walking distance. In the event that you need transportation to an event, arrangements will be made.

Attire

The appropriate attire for the sales conference and individual meetings is business casual. The attire for events/dinners is casual.

Hotel/Conference Rooms

All meetings for the Sales Conference will be at The Hilton, in the conference wing of the hotel on the first floor. The general session will be held in the Hopi/Papago Ballroom. Breakout sessions and individual meetings on Wednesday and Thursday will be held in nearby meeting spaces on the first floor.
