Simplification is Our Innovation

by Eric Golinski

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl whisk flour, water, milk, eggs and melted butter.
  2. Make sure it is well mixed.
  3. Take a 12” frying pan (I use nonstick, no spray needed) and heat slightly under medium heat. Wait until the pan is fully heated.
  4. Take approximately ⅔ of a ladle of batter and place it in the center of the pan. Lift the pan and roll it so the batter gets spread around in a large circle and place the pan back on the heat.
  5. Once the ends start to curl you are ready to flip.
  6. Then you can spread your filling. Once fully cooked you can fold the crepe with filling inside.
  7. Move the crepe to a dish and sprinkle some powdered sugar on the crepe.
  8. Ready to eat.
