Steps
- In a large mixing bowl whisk flour, water, milk, eggs and melted butter.
- Make sure it is well mixed.
- Take a 12” frying pan (I use nonstick, no spray needed) and heat slightly under medium heat. Wait until the pan is fully heated.
- Take approximately ⅔ of a ladle of batter and place it in the center of the pan. Lift the pan and roll it so the batter gets spread around in a large circle and place the pan back on the heat.
- Once the ends start to curl you are ready to flip.
- Then you can spread your filling. Once fully cooked you can fold the crepe with filling inside.
- Move the crepe to a dish and sprinkle some powdered sugar on the crepe.
- Ready to eat.
