Steps
- Using a mixer, mix 8 oz. cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and 2 egg yolks (save egg whites for later). Mix well.
- Repeat the above steps 3 more times.
- Add potato starch and vanilla to the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites very well, then add to the cream cheese mixture. Mix gently with a spoon.
- Bake at 305 Degrees F for 90 minutes. Turn off the oven and leave the cake inside to slowly cool down.
