Export Administration Regulations

Radiall cannot classify the ECCN for any given part number. ECCN/USML category is determined by the specific end use of the item. Radiall does not know how end users will ultimately utilize these components. It is the distributors’ responsibility to determine and apply the applicable classification requirements.

Even items that are classified EAR99 are governed by the U.S. export laws under the U.S. Department of Commerce, Export Administration regulation (EAR). Export or re-export of an EAR99 item or technology to an embargoed country, to an end-user of concern, or in support of a prohibited end-use is banned and requires a prior approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce.
