Economic Sustainability

Sustained and appropriate profitability is central to economic sustainability. Looking to the future, we have developed close relationships with our suppliers and subcontractors to form an ecosystem with deep local roots. Today, Radiall focuses on indirect purchases and works with over 1,200 active suppliers to create open dialog, a shared vision and a mutual understanding of challenges and goals.

Health, Safety and Environment

The Health, Safety and Environment policy is an important element to our business and is designed to complement Radiall’s global strategy. Our global action plan defines specific targets we strive to achieve and are in coherence with Radiall’s culture to continuous  innovation and improvement. The HSE action plan is implemented at each Radiall facility and monitored by a designated coordinator.

Environmental Protection

Chemicals are used in the manufacture of Radiall components 
— including copper alloys, lead, beryllium, plastics and teflons 
— as a result, avoidance of accidental pollution to the areas 
surrounding our 13 manufacturing sites is paramount. We are committed to protecting the planet and the health of our customers and employees.

We actively preserve water, optimize our energy consumption, and reduce waste and emissions. Water is an essential resource for our business and is treated and purified, reducing usage and waste. Further, 79% of our waste is recycled by specialized service providers so that it can be reused in the distribution chain. Across all factories, Radiall has implemented solar panels, LED systems and modifying air handling systems, to reduce energy use.
