Pierre Gattaz*
Chairman of the Executive Board,
Chief Executive Officer

Pierre began his career as a project manager at Dassault Electronique and then was General Manager at Fontaine Electronique Convergie. He accepted the position of General Manager at Radiall in 1992 and became the company’s President and CEO in 1994.

Pierre has diligently promoted industrial production in France through his affiliations with numerous professional syndicates. He was elected President of GIXEL in 1999 and created FIEN (French Electronics and Digital Industries Association) in 2002. He then became President of FIEEC (Fédération des Industries Electriques, Electroniques et de Communication) in 2007. He is a member of the executive council of Medef (Mouvement des Entreprises de France), President of GFI (Groupe des Fédérations Industrielles) and President of the National Committee of Performance and Quality, a group dedicated to promoting excellence in manufacturing methods and process tools such as LEAN manufacturing. In his book, "Le printemps des magiciens," he makes an impassioned plea for industry in France.

In 2013, Pierre was elected President of Medef. During his five-year term in office, he will remain Radiall’s Chairman of the Executive Board and President of the Executive and Strategic Committee.Pierre holds an engineering degree from Telecom Bretagne and a certificate in administrative management from George Washington University.

Luc Kaës*
Executive VP, Chief Operating Officer

Luc started his career as a design engineer with Eurocopter and went on to work at Aérospatiale (now part of EADS) and Thales. He joined Radiall in 2001 as Business Development Manager for fiber optics in the United States. In 2003, he became Marketing Manager for Radiall’s multipin connector and fiber optic product categories. He returned to France in 2007 and assumed the role of Business Unit Development Director for the same product divisions. Luc holds a mechanical engineering diploma from INSA Lyon, an aerospace engineering diploma from ESTA and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Maite Tristan
Executive VP, North America; President, Radiall USA

Before joining Radiall in 2002, Maite worked at Microtest, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ, and was on an international assignment in Belgium for United Defense LP. Initially, she served as Radiall’s Boeing Global Account Manager before taking on the role of National Sales Manager for North America in 2005. She became General Manager of the Tempe facility a year later and assumed her current position in 2013, still based in Tempe. Maite attained a BS from Seton Hall University and an MBA from the Fachhochschule Esslingen (University of Applied Sciences) in Germany.

Eric Charlery
Executive VP, Asia

A native of France, Eric started as a consultant with BIPE before joining McDonnell Douglas Information Systems as a product manager in the datacom market. He then moved to Japan, where he was General Manager at Souriau for more than a decade and CEO of Conex for nearly 15 years. He became General Manager of Radiall Japan in 2004 and moved to Shanghai in 2010, where he has served as the General Manager of Radiall China and in his current role on the Executive Committee. Eric has an engineering degree from Telecom Bretagne.

FRÉDÉRIC ROLLOIS
VP, Advanced Technologies

Frederic graduated from the University of CNAM (Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers) in Paris with a degree in Information Technology and a minor in Software Engineering. In 2016, he joined Radiall, bringing a strong background in IT, including experience from large companies such as TOTAL, Johnson & Johnson and Lacoste (as a Software Project Manager). Over the last 15 years, he has participated in the digital transformation of multiple medium size companies in the industrial market, such as Petit Bateau and Malteurop as Manager and Director of Information Systems.

Patrice Rigoland
General Manager, Radiall USA

Patrice joined Radiall in 1997 as an antenna design engineer at the Voreppe facility in France. He eventually assumed responsibility for the company’s antenna activity in Europe before joining Radiall Larsen Antenna Technologies in Vancouver, WA, in 2003, where he was Director of Engineering for three years. He then managed the transfer of the military antenna product line from Vancouver to New Haven, CT, in 2006. Patrice holds a PhD in signal processing and telecommunications from the University of Rennes and an EMBA from the University of Connecticut.

Séverine Launay*
Executive VP, Human Resources

Séverine joined Radiall in 2022 to use her experience as an HR professional to benefit the company's employees, managers and organization. She gained HR experience through positions at international organizations such as Thales and the Danone Group. Her roles included HR Business Partner, Learning & Development and Organization & Change Management. Séverine also has project management experience from working for the SAPrime team at SAP. Before joining Radiall, Séverine worked for 7 years at Smiths Group; she started as HR Director of France and moved up to HR Director of Europe, Middle East and Africa. Séverine holds a master's degree in Management from the University of Paris-Dauphine.

Sascha Maldonado*
Executive VP, Finance

A native of Germany, Sascha began his career in audit and consulting at KPMG and joined Radiall in 1999 as Plant Controller. He subsequently served as Division and Zone Controller, acquiring solid experience in international relations. Based in France, he has been the company’s CCO since 2010. Sascha graduated from the EDHEC Business School. He also holds a degree in finance and is certified in Production and Inventory Management by the Association for Operations Management (APICS CPIM).

Ildefonso Leyva
VP, Operational Excellence

Ildefonso graduated from the Technological Institute of Sonora (ITSON) with a degree in industrial engineering. He has a master's degree in productive systems engineering, as well as an MBA. He began his career in the automotive market, with a focus on quality and process engineering. In 2007, he joined Radiall as Quality Manager of the recently inaugurated Obregón facility. Since then, Ildefonso has held various industrial positions in manufacturing, quality and plant management at our Obregón site. He has been in charge of Continuous Improvement at a corporate level since 2019. In July 2021, he was appointed Vice President of Operational Excellence.

Christophe Bouchez
VP, Multi Signal Interconnect
Activities

Christophe joined Radiall in 1996 as the RF Cable Assemblies Engineering Manager for Radiall-FILECA. He pursued this activity at Radiall Château Renault from 1999to 2009. Christophe later joined the Multipin business unit as the Manufacturing Engineering Manager. In 2012, he took the lead of the Multipin business unit. Since 2020, Christophe has been the Vice President of Multi Signal Interconnects, covering the Multipin and the Optical Interconnect Solutions business units. Christophe graduated from Rennes University with a master's in physics and from Reims University with a master's in surface treatments and analyses. Christophe also graduated from the Tours Institute of Administration of Enterprises.

Alexandre Diehl
VP, Purchasing

Alexandre started his professional journey at GEC-Alsthom, as a design and test engineer developing new high voltage product ranges. He later transitioned to a purchasing role, which ultimately led him to his role today. Alexandre joined Radiall in 2016 as the Global Purchasing Director, after serving as the Regional Purchasing Director at General Electric Grid Solutions. He also held several purchasing leadership positions across Switzerland and France. Now, Alexandre serves as Radiall's Purchasing Vice President, and he became an OSC member in September 2021. He holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mathematics from University of Bordeaux in France.

Pierre Bigot*
Executive VP, Radio Frequency
Activities

Before joining the Radiall team, Pierre worked at Sony France as the Manufacturing and Business Development Director. He has served as President of Snese, a French organization that represents electronic manufacturing service providers. He started working at Radiall in 2008 as an Operations Director. In 2012, he started managing Radiall's Radio Frequency & Interconnect business unit. Since 2020, he has assumed responsibility for all of Radiall's RF activities, including the Microwave business unit. Pierre earned degrees in business from Strasbourg Business School and IMD Business School in Lausanne.

Julien COEURVEILLE
VP, Sales EMEA and Group Sales Coordinator

With more than 20 years of experience in Sales Management with international companies, Julien has driven business development activities in more than 30 countries across 5 continents. Julien started his career in Asia and lived there for 8 years, including Taiwan, Singapore and Shanghai. He also lived in Brazil for 5 years. Before joining Radiall, Julien worked for several industrial companies including EADS and more recently Mersen and Nexans, where he led several global sales excellence initiatives by deploying digital tools for commercial teams (CRM, BI) and implementing customer driven processes. Julien holds a degree in Electrical and Industrial Computing as well as a Master in International Business Management from Kedge.

Rachid RAOUI
VP, Industrial Operations

Born and raised in Château Renault, France, Rachid joined Radiall in 2000. He started as a quality supervisor in the EPX production line for the Multipin BU. In 2013, he moved to Obregón, Mexico for 2 years to oversee a supply chain project. Upon returning to France in 2015, he joined the RF&I BU at the Voreppe plant as the Operation Director. He received a master’s degree in quality in 2008 and a master’s degree in business management in 2019.
