Innovating for the Future: Radiall Showcases Qrystall Solutions at APS Summit
The APS Global Physics Summit 2025, held from March 16-21 in Anaheim, California, brought together approximately 14,000 members of the scientific community, making it the largest physics research conference globally. This meeting encompassed a wide array of physics disciplines, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and innovation.
The summit attracted a diverse group of physicists, researchers, educators and industry professionals from around the world. Both in-person and virtual presentation options were available, accommodating a global audience and facilitating broader participation.
As a global leader in innovative interconnect solutions, Radiall was an active participant at this event. We highlighted one of our latest (soon to be released!) innovations—the Qrystall product line.
Radiall’s Qrystall product line is designed to meet the unique demands of quantum computing, particularly in cryogenic environments. The Qrystall Connectors ensure high-density, reliable signal transmission, even at temperatures as low as 4 millikelvin (mK). Built for extreme conditions, these connectors—such as high-density hermetical feedthroughs and SMA and SMPM connectors—enable stable, low-loss connections throughout quantum fridge stages. They are ideal for applications in quantum computing, superconducting circuits and other cryogenic research environments.
Complementing these are the Qrystall Microwave Solutions, which include attenuators and filters engineered for precise and reliable microwave signal management in quantum systems. These components operate at frequencies up to 18 GHz with minimal insertion loss, ensuring signal integrity at all quantum fridge levels. Designed specifically for cryogenic conditions, they play a critical role in quantum computing research by providing customized, high-performance solutions that enhance system efficiency and reliability.
