Radiall at Work: Distribution Team

Often little known, Distribution nevertheless plays a decisive role at Radiall. Thanks to an extensive network of partners, it meets a wide variety of needs, supports hundreds of customers and secures product availability. 

Meet Sabine Noel, Head of Distribution Europe, to learn more about her team’s role, organization and upcoming challenges.

A word about the Distribution team: what are your main missions?
The Distribution team’s mission is to identify new partners, support our distributors on a daily basis and help them respond effectively to customer requests. It acts as a true link between Radiall and its distribution network, ensuring the creation of long-lasting and high-performing relationships.

On the distributor side, their role goes far beyond buying and reselling. Many act as supply chain experts, carefully managing inventory to meet customer expectations for availability. They also provide technical expertise through their in-depth knowledge of markets and products, helping to open doors to new business opportunities. For key accounts, working with distributors is also a strategic way to secure stock availability and support critical programs.

How is the Distribution department organized?
In Europe, we work with around 40 distributors. Among them are large multinational companies capable of managing substantial inventories, as well as more specialized local players, operating on a human scale and maintaining close relationships with their customers. We also collaborate with distributors specialized in online sales providing fast delivery solutions for small quantities — a service appreciated by laboratories, schools and design offices.

This diversity is a real strength: it allows each customer to choose the model that best fits their needs. Distribution is an essential relay for Radiall. It is a dynamic activity that enables us to respond to a wide range of needs. Without our distributors, we would not have the necessary resources to cover the entire European market. – Sabine Noel

As a Key Account Manager at Radiall, my mission is to create and develop business opportunities in synergy with all of Radiall’s technical and sales departments. My objective is to provide our customers with the best solutions to simplify their lives, while defining the most appropriate sales channel — whether by supporting them directly or through a full-service offering (design, logistics, sales, value-added services) provided by our distributor partners. – Fabio Visaggio

I am fortunate to have two local distributors in the United Kingdom as key accounts. Working with them enables Radiall to support new customers and new projects, increasing Radiall’s brand awareness and business activity. When a distributor holds stock or adds value to our products — for example, by purchasing components and assembling the connector themselves — it creates a unique value proposition for our customers: Radiall’s deep technical expertise, support and know-how combined with our distributors’ product knowledge, fast delivery and service. – Duncan Loveridge
