RADIALL-AEP MERGE INTO RADIALL USA

Effective June 1, 2009

Effective June 1, 2009 Radiall AEP, Inc. located at 104 John West Murphy Drive, New Haven, CT 06513 will be legally merged into Radiall USA, Inc. with its principal office at 6825 West Galveston Street, Suite 11, Chandler, AZ 85226.

Radiall is looking to simplify its internal administrative activity by sharing resources across the country. In addition, we believe that our customers will benefit from dealing with just one supplier for all their Radiall product needs in the United States.

All Radiall products will continue to be made at their current manufacturing locations.

The merger will have no impact on production;
All other products and divisions of Radiall will continue to conduct business as usual and with their current names;
