From product quality to total quality approach

1952: Creation of RADIALL: the technical quality of products becomes our first stake

1972: Set-up of self-inspection: employees' direct involvement in quality

1994: ISO 9001:1994 allows us to structure all the activities of the company and gain external recognition of our quality management system

1996: "Magellan" project ,a total quality approach, implements continual improvement and the sharing of a common culture

2001: First ISO 14001 certification.

2001-2004: ISO 9001: 2000. Our process approach gives us the tools for the improvement of all our activities.

2009: ISO 9001: 2008 company certification.
