Mai 11, 2005: Radiall, a global leader manufacturer of interconnection products, announced today that it has acquired through its subsidiary Radiall-America, inc. all the shares of Applied Engineering Products, Inc. (AEP), a privately held company, leading manufacturer of Miniature RF and Microwave Connectors. The acquisition is part of Radiall's continuing plan to firm up a leadership position within the Defense and Aerospace industries.
