Solution for IMA (Integrated Modular Avionics):
RADIALL has developed a right angle contact printed circuit board connector, which allows direct mating with an airframe connector. It is fitted with special rack features: spring loaded shell, EMI shield frame and 4 polarization posts with 256 combinations.
NSX series (defined by ARINC 600 specification) and BPX series (defined by Boeing S280W551 specification) are multipin rack and panel connectors used to connect high performance aeronautical equipments. These two series manufactured by RADIALL show the following characteristics :
- High contact density (up to 800 contacts).
- Numerous contact arrangements.
- Numerous shell polarization possibilities which give maximum security when mating the equipment in the rack.
- Low mating forces.
- Separation of power and signal contacts.
